Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview:

Experienced HVAC Service Technician needed for year-round residential service work throughout the Hampton Roads area. Weekly pay, take-home truck, gas card, company iPad, flexible schedule options, and ability to earn $23–$30+/hr based on experience, plus performance-based spiffs, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HVAC service and diagnostic experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended solutions
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Maintain accurate service records and invoicing through company software
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment
