Experienced Immigration Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients on immigration processes, visa applications, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong client management skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration policies, and the ability to handle complex cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1–3+ years of experience working in immigration consultancy.
• Strong understanding of European, UK, Canada, or other international visa/work permit systems.
• Excellent knowledge of documentation and application procedures.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures in various countries
• Liaise with government agencies and legal authorities as required
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and support staff
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction
• Develop strategies to handle complex or challenging cases

Requirements:

• At least High School
• Minimum of one years experience in immigration consulting or a similar role
• Deep understanding of immigration laws, visa policies, and procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using immigration management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
