Role Overview:

As a Leasing Agent at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of renting and leasing properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market rental trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental properties
• Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of landlords and tenants
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of tenancy contracts and required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate or leasing experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
