We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Master Grower to lead and oversee all aspects of cultivation operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive horticultural knowledge, hands-on growing experience, and mechanical skills to ensure the production of high-quality cannabis crops. This role involves managing indoor cultivation environments, implementing irrigation systems(open sprinkler, dosatron), and maintaining optimal plant health through expert care and attention. The Cannabis Master Grower will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry standards while fostering a sustainable and efficient growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of cannabis cultivation from seedling to harvest, ensuring optimal plant growth and quality.
• Develop and implement cultivation plans, including lighting, watering, feeding schedules, and pest management strategies.
• Oversee irrigation systems, ensuring proper water delivery and system maintenance.
• Monitor plant health through identification of pests, diseases, and deficiencies; apply appropriate treatments as needed.
• Maintain greenhouse and outdoor grow areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for pruning, trimming, transplanting, and other cultivation activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure plants meet quality standards; adjust environmental conditions accordingly.
• Keep detailed records of growth cycles, treatments, yields, and other relevant data for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize growing techniques and improve overall crop performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to cannabis cultivation.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Master Grower or similar senior cultivation role within the cannabis industry or related agricultural fields.
• Extensive growing experience with cannabis plants in indoor environments.
• Strong horticultural background with knowledge of plant identification, soil science, irrigation systems, and pest control.
• Familiarity with gardening, farming, landscaping, or lawn care practices is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems, hand tools, and basic farm equipment operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during plant handling or equipment maintenance.
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work being a significant component of the role.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to nutrient mixing or environmental adjustments. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
