Responsibilities

• Design and create fresh hand-tied bouquets tailored to client specifications and event themes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, offering expert advice on floral choices and design options
• Maintain an organized workspace, managing inventory of flowers, tools, and supplies efficiently
• Handle all aspects of floral presentation, including wrapping, labeling, and delivery preparation

Experience

• Proven experience in floral design or related horticultural fields such as gardening or landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of floral design techniques, color theory, and current trends in floral artistry
• Familiarity with floral care practices including preservation of cut flowers
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
