Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Contract Senior Freelance Designer with 8-15 years of experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for web and print media. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, current trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative and effective design solutions that meet client objectives and user needs.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and brand identities across various digital platforms and print materials.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive navigation.
• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and icons for use in various marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging visual designs for landing pages, microsites, and full-scale websites, optimizing for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Produce high-quality print designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with digital brand assets.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work when appropriate.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of design output.
• Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings, articulating design concepts and rationales effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on design-related technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and print design projects.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web and mobile design
