Experienced Loader Operator

Premier Materials Coolidge is seeking an experienced Pit Loader Operator at our operation in Coolidge, AZ. Competitive pay depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position. Typical work schedule Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 3:00 pm, but may be required to work overtime, early morning shift start times and/or weekends.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Operate Wheel Loader to feed Crusher Plant in a safe and efficient manner.
• Experience operating Skid Steer, Water Pull, Forklift.
• Perform pre and post operational inspections on equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous pit loader, skid steer, water pull, forklift operating experience required.
• Must have reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit, for extended periods of time. The employee is required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to pass employment requirements such as a drug screen, and background check.
