Job Title: Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of a 419 unit residential property. Your expertise will shine as you oversee property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, creating an environment where both residents and properties thrive. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with tenants.

What you’ll do

• Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, showings, and tenant screenings
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws
• Utilize Yardi, CRM and LRO software for efficient property management operations
• Handle conflict management with tenants to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best terms for the property
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Basic qualifications

• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
• Proficient in property management software such as Yardi Voyager
• Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer relationship management

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with distressed assets.
• At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing in a role equal to property manager or higher.
• Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell services or amenities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
