Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and market navigation. You’ll be responsible for managing high-value transactions, advising clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client goals
• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle required
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
