Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in off-plan properties to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven ability to close deals in the off-plan market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
• Conduct property presentations and consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and developer projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of off-plan property sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
