About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents with a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience in Primary/Secondary market in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property values.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation related to transactions.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and deal progress.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to maximize property exposure.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales record with the ability to close transactions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
