We are a digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who writes proposals that get responses, books client meetings, and treats every bid as an opportunity - not a numbers game.
What you'll do
- Bid on high-quality Google Ads and Meta Ads projects on Upwork daily
- Write personalised, compelling proposals tailored to each client
- Handle client communication and book discovery calls with potential clients
- Follow up strategically to move leads through the pipeline
- Track bid activity, response rates, and meetings booked
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of Upwork bidding experience, preferably for a digital marketing agency
- Proven record of winning paid ads projects and booking client meetings
- Excellent written English — persuasive, concise, and professional
- Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads services
- Familiar with Upwork's algorithm, profile optimisation, and job success score
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working to targets
