Quaid Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on IT projects, generating business opportunities, and communicating effectively with international clients. Strong English communication skills and experience in online bidding platforms are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
- Write compelling proposals to secure projects and convert leads into clients
- Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines professionally
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Keep track of bidding performance and maintain records of proposals and responses
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in online bidding/business development (IT services preferred)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
