Experienced Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team at Clipzaa.

Your main role will be to find high-quality clients on Upwork, send proposals, talk to clients, and close deals. You will also manage communication and build long-term client relationships.

This is not a beginner role . We need someone who already has strong experience in Upwork bidding and client handling.

What you will do:

• Find quality projects on Upwork daily
• Send strong and simple proposals
• Communicate with clients (chat/call)
• Understand client needs
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build long-term relationships

What we need:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding
• Good English communication (clear and simple)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Know how to win clients through proposals
• Basic knowledge of video editing/graphics is a plus

Important:

• This is a night shift role
• Please apply only if you are available at night
• This is not for fresh candidates
