What is Expert Consumer Products- Remittances?

Expert Consumer Products-Remittances will play a key role in assisting the Consumer Products team in exploring, evaluating, and executing product initiatives related to home remittances and associated cross border money movement use cases within the digital financial services ecosystem.


The role focuses on supporting remittance specific product enhancements, conducting market and regulatory research, evaluating partnerships and corridors, and assisting with business and financial analysis. This position also supports cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of remittance initiatives across Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Products, Digital Financial Services, this role contributes to strengthening execution capacity and supporting the delivery of strategic product initiatives.


What does Expert Consumer Products- Remittances do?

  • Support execution of home remittance product initiatives and enhancement projects within Consumer Products
  • Assist in designing customer journeys, feature flows, and preparing BRDs, concept notes, and product papers for remittance use cases.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research
  • Assists the Digital Assets stream in devising and implementing stablecoin remittance offerings
  • Manages partner dialogues on technological and business centric on regional partner-led remittance and cross-border payment inter-plays alongside stablecoin remittance propositions
  • Support identification and evaluation of remittance partners, exchange houses, aggregators, and service providers
  • Assist in preparing proposals, NDAs, MoUs, commercial comparisons, agreements drafts and business case documentation for remittance partnerships
  • Support financial modelling, including revenue projections, pricing scenarios, fee structures, and unit economics
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to track progress of initiatives and dependencies
  • Support UAT activities, test case documentation, and integration follow-ups for new and existing use cases
  • Provide structured analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc support to assist management in decision-making on remittance initiatives

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Expert Consumer Products- Remittances?

    • 3–5 years of work experience in fintech, digital payments, remittances, product management, or strategy roles
    • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of home remittances, cross border payments, digital wallets, payments, Digital Assets and consumer money movement cases
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to remittances and cross border payments
    • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into structured documentation
    • Comfort with numbers, financial modelling, and basic P&L analysis
    • Strong documentation and presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage parallel workstreams
    • Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused mindset
    • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration
