Expert Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Expert Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator who can bring creativity, precision, and visual storytelling to our projects. The role requires someone who can lead design initiatives, guide junior designers, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful brand and marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

● Take ownership of design projects with a strong focus on Illustrator-based work (branding, vector graphics, campaign creatives).

● Design and develop brand assets, campaign visuals, social media creatives, presentations, and print materials.

● Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

● Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers.

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.

● Manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

● Strong portfolio with emphasis on Illustrator-based projects (logos, branding, campaign assets, vector illustrations).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator – mandatory; Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects – a plus).

● Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaboration and quick mockups.

● Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory.

● Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
