Operation &
Support Engineer
to be employed in our
İstanbul
office.
Duties And Responsibilities

Supporting Kron solutions deployed in telecommunications operators & big enterprise customers to solve the customer problems related with different products.

Create and maintain a high standard of operational excellence in global systems support.

Oversee the effectiveness and success of all system support services
-
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for resource administration and proper usage.
-
Provide guidance and technical expertise on issues encountered within the systems.
-
Establish and maintain effective communication with local and global customers and vendors.
Key Qualifications
-
Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
-
2+ years of enterprise system and software support experience with strong focus on java application log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation in production environments.

Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments is required, including strong knowledge of Unix commands and bash scripting.

Must have hands-on experience in
Linux/Unix operating systems
for system and application support.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-
Knowledge of estimating levels of effort and managing projects through to completion.

Excellent organizational, supervisory, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
-
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be willing to travel and spend periods of time at various sites.

Experience communicating and working with external customers and 3rd party vendors
-
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to approach problems from different perspectives.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience working in a 24-7 Production environment

Experience communicating with 3rd party vendors.
Preferred Experience (Alongside Core Requirements)

Database knowledge/experience.

Networking knowledge/experience.

Prior experience working directly with telecom operators or large enterprise customers.
