Job Identification

We are looking for an Expert Technician to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Lahore.


What We Expect

A. Utilities Operations & Monitoring

  • Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all plant utilities, including:
  • Boilers (8 Ton & 16 Ton Descon dual‑fuel)
  • Air Compressors (HP AF 5×2100 l/min, LP Renner 6×600 l/min, Atlas Copco LP)
  • Ammonia Compressors (Grasso 8×RC912 + 1×V1100)
  • Cooling Systems (JCI 3500 kW ammonia compressor, cooling towers, AHUs)
  • Generators (7×2MW Aksa, 1×1000 kW UPS – Emerson)

B. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per SAP PM and daily/weekly checklists.
  • Maintain equipment health by performing vibration checks, temperature monitoring, oil level checks, leakage inspection, etc.
  • Identify utility system abnormalities and take corrective actions to avoid downtime.

C. Energy Optimization & Cost Control

  • Monitor diesel, natural gas, lubricants, and compressor power consumption.
  • Report deviations in energy efficiency KPIs (kWh/unit, fuel consumption).
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain best operating parameters.

D. Troubleshooting & Breakdown Response

  • Respond immediately to utility-related breakdowns.
  • Perform root cause identification and implement corrective repairs.
  • Escalate major failures to Engineers and support them during RCA.

E. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

  • Maintain safety stock levels for utility equipment spare parts.
  • Raise PRs in coordination with Engineer and ensure availability of critical spares.

F. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain logbooks for boilers, compressors, HVAC, ammonia systems, and generators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and permit-to-work rules.
  • Update job completion in SAP PM after maintenance activities.

G. People & Coordination

  • Assist Shift Engineers and utilities team in smooth operations.
  • Provide basic training to operators on safe and efficient equipment operation.
