We are currently seeking a talented “Export Area Sales Manager (Americas)” to join our dynamic “Export Sales” team in Istanbul. This role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Min. 10 years of sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
- Strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills.
- Commercial perspective & customer focus.
- Risk & opportunity awareness.
- Communication & relationship skills with all organizational levels.
- Planning & execution & coordination & time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
Job Description
· Develop strategies to achieve sales targets; implement such strategies; take actions on time depending on circumstances; develop new strategies and actions to ensure continuous growth of business in his/her region,
· Find new customers, develop existing customers, and pay visits for this purpose in his/her region,
· Analyze the industry’s market share and competition,
· Manage regional/country marketing budget; determine activities to be performed every year; monitor and complete such activities,
· Attend international fairs,
· Express demands for new products to the R&D and marketing departments; adding them in the product portfolio at proper prices.
