Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for tracking and preparing export documents for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading

- Track and monitor export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements

- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations

- Verify accuracy and completeness of export documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements

- Assist clients with export-related queries and provide excellent customer service

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve export-related issues and improve processes

- Maintain organized records of export documents and shipments

Requirements:

- Females are encourage to apply.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in export operations or logistics

- Knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics procedures

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation softwar

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
