Export Business Development Executive (Preferrable for male candidates)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Business Development Executive to expand our international presence in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, and printing solutions. The role focuses on identifying new export markets, developing overseas clients, managing distributor relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new export markets for corporate gifts, promotional items, and printing products
  • Generate and qualify international leads through online platforms, exhibitions, trade portals, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas corporate clients, resellers, and distributors
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to international customers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies

Export & Order Management

  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and Incoterms
  • Manage end-to-end export order process including order confirmation, shipment follow-up, and delivery

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Recommend new products, customization options, and pricing strategies for export markets
  • Support management in developing export sales strategies and annual targets

Client Relationship & After-Sales

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
  • Handle client feedback, claims, and post-shipment coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities in CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business development
  • Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or packaging is highly preferred
  • Flexible in travelling to export market – GCC, Africa and other regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and B2B portals experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
