Job Description: Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary
Wordcraft is seeking a high-energy, Sales-focused Field Marketing Executive to aggressively grow our PRO and Corporate Services portfolio in Dubai. While the title is Marketing Executive, the core of this role is Business Development and Sales.
The primary goal is to convert leads into revenue. We are looking for a "closer" who can identify business needs, pitch our PRO and legal translation solutions, and secure long-term contracts with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
Lead Conversion : Proactively identify, reach out to, and convert B2B prospects into active clients.
Direct Sales : Conduct cold calls, outdoor meetings, and site visits to HR departments and business owners across Dubai.
Negotiation & Closing : Handle the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and final contract signing (SLAs).
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for PRO services and legal translation.
2. Corporate Relationship Management
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients (SMEs and large enterprises).
Manage existing client accounts to ensure renewals of trade licenses, visas, and other PRO-related services.
Upsell additional services (Attestation, Legal Translation, and Business Setup) to existing clients.
3. Market Intelligence & PRO Knowledge
Use your expertise in UAE government regulations (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zones) to provide consultative sales advice to clients.
Stay updated on the latest Dubai immigration and labor laws to offer competitive and accurate service packages.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that the "promises" made during the sales process are delivered.
4. Strategic Outreach
Represent Wordcraft at networking events and business forums to generate high-quality sales leads.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market competition.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of proven Sales/Marketing experience in the UAE.
Industry Background(Preferred) : Experience in PRO Services, Document Clearing, or Business Setup industries.
Proven Track Record : Ability to demonstrate previous success in meeting sales targets.
Communication : Persuasive communication and negotiation skills in English. Arabic is a strong advantage for dealing with government-related sales.
