Job Responsibilities:

• · Managed export operations, with import/export regulations.
• · Coordinated shipments from domestic warehouses to international ports, ensuring timely delivery.
• · Developed strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal sales teams.
• · Tracked shipments through all transit points and addressed irregularities.
• · Maintained export logs and estimated packing requirements and costs for orders.
• Send daily / weekly / monthly sales summery to concern person.
• Follow with the dealer and distributor.
• Send Product Specifications to the client.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 year experience in Coordination, Export Operations, and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Similar industry experience will be preferable
• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
