Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Coordinator based in Karachi. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating with clients and service providers, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and managing ocean freight processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing shipping documents, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the export process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Export Documentation and Export regulations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Ocean/Air freight processes
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus
