We are seeking a skilled Export Coordinator cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a trading company and be proficient in handling export documentation and who can join immediately.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (Formulas and functions).

Preparing Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc. as required

Preparing local invoice/Debit/credit note

coordinate with Transporter for pickup & Delivery.

Follow-up with Transporter for custom/freight and exit certificate

Process and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from customers

Updating monthly stock report

Monthly sales reporting and others weekly reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
