Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete export logistics operations from order confirmation to final delivery
• Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and CHA
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and trade policies
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
• Handle customs clearance and resolve shipment-related issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth dispatches
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in export logistics or international shipping
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation
