Job Title: Export Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Export Customer Service Executive to manage and coordinate export operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in sea freight operations, customer service, and coordinating with overseas agents, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers and overseas agents for SEA freight shipments.
- Shipment Handling: Manage EXWORKS, FOB, CIF, and C&F shipments, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Freight Negotiation: Negotiate LCL & FCL rates with shipping lines and co-loaders to optimize cost.
- DDU & DDP Conversion: Identify opportunities to convert DDU & DDP shipments and coordinate closely with international agents.
- Transport & Delivery Coordination: Work with transporters to plan and execute the smooth delivery of shipments.
- Customs & Documentation: Collaborate with the customs clearance department to track status updates and obtain required documentation.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily status reports on export shipments, ensuring transparency in operations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues arising in export operations, ensuring compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
- Import Documentation & Tracking: Handle import documents and track on-water containers for timely updates.
- Follow-up & Coordination: Engage with shipping lines, CHA, and shippers for order confirmations and smooth execution of shipmen
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in export customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight operations, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.
- Experience in negotiating rates with shipping lines and co-loaders.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for dealing with overseas agents and customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipment tracking tools.
- Ability to multitask and solve operational challenges efficiently.
