Position: Executive – Export Documentation (Pharmaceuticals)
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage export documentation and client coordination for our pharmaceutical business. The candidate will be responsible for handling international shipments, preparing export-related documents, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
- Communicate with international clients for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipping requirements.
- Handle enquiries and purchasing of pharmaceutical goods at the best market rates.
- Provide proactive updates to improve client satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly.
- Ensure adherence to international shipping regulations, export control laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and review export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, SCOMET, Shipper’s Letter, etc.
- Evaluate ADC checklists to avoid errors in Final (LEO) Shipping Bill.
- Assess Airway Bills / Bill of Lading as per customer’s Proforma Invoice.
- Maintain required documents such as COA, GMP, Product Permissions, etc.
- Prepare additional documents like COO, Narcotic Letter, or others as required.
- Ensure proper documentation for temperature-controlled shipments (2–8°C) with data loggers.
- Submit documents for e-BRC purposes to banks in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with ICEGATE and Export Promotion Council notifications for smooth transactions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper data management for audits and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Pharma/Logistics background).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation (Pharma preferred).
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and export compliance.
- Proficiency in documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive shipments and work under pressure.
Salary: As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,209.33 - ₹34,567.67 per month
