Job Title:Export Documentation Executive Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 1–2 Years Industry: Export / International Trade / Logistics Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage and prepare export-related documentation in compliance with international shipping and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end export documentation, coordination with shipping lines, CHA, banks, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, verify, and process export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Certificate of Origin, FTA documents, Shipping Instructions, etc. * Coordinate with CHA agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely shipment. * Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and LC (Letter of Credit) clauses. * Prepare and handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for banking purposes. * Track and follow up on shipment schedules, dispatch details, and arrange documentation accordingly. * Maintain proper records of all shipments and documentation for audit and reference. * Communicate with internal sales / operations teams regarding shipment status and documentation requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA in International Business preferred). * 1–2 years of experience in export documentation is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS LC Terms, and bank negotiation documents. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication. * Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. * Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,226.16 - ₹34,638.35 per month
