Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to join our export operations team. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining export documentation for international shipments while ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations and internal processes.

Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, banks).
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of export shipments and documentation.
• Support the export team in daily documentation and coordination activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially candidates with good academic records.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of export procedures is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in export documentation.

Salary

12,000 – 25,000 per month (Depending on candidate profile and skills)
