Export Documentation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The export sales clerk is responsible for completing documentation, data entry and certificates to ensure the proper completion and compliance of export programs. They will be responsible for being an example to other Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create and manage USDA documents
• Create and manage export labels
• Create Halal certificates as required
• Claim entry and e-mail support
• Manage outside cold storage processes as they pertain to Creekstone Farms
• All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associates or higher preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information while meeting stringent deadlines
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on assigned task in a timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Demonstrated positive attitude and desire to learn and utilize new skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Work, Excel, Outlook)
