Job Description:

We are looking for an Export Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all export paperwork, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and actively communicating with B2B clients to close new deals. This role is critical in supporting Pacific Paper Export’s smooth operations and growth in the South Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review export documents like invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and export licenses.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and follow all legal rules.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with customers and partners via calls, emails, and text messages to gather information, solve issues, and close sales.
  • Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to submit documents on time.
  • Track and monitor shipments to make sure paperwork and delivery are complete.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all documents and communications.
  • Stay updated on export laws and compliance changes.
  • Help train team members on export documentation and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in export documentation or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time well.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong B2B sales skills — confident in making calls, emails, and text communications to clients.
