Job Title: Import Export Coordinator

Salary: AED 4,000 + Sales Invoice Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Import Export Coordinator to manage daily import/export operations, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle import and export documentation (invoices, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients

- Manage shipment tracking and delivery schedules

- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations

- Maintain proper records of all transactions

- Support sales team with invoice processing and coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years UAE experience in import/export field

- Strong knowledge of local market and logistics process

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, documentation handling)

- Home country experience will NOT be considered

- Strictly no freshers allowed

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
