Export Executive

• Handle export documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for timely shipment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations.
• Manage LC (Letter of Credit), bank documentation, and export incentives (if applicable).
• Liaise with international clients to process and follow up on orders.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost-effective logistics planning.
• Maintain records of export transactions and prepare export reports.
• Handle post-shipment documentation and follow-up on payments and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in developing new international markets and customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
