Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Import Export cum Accounts Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre- and post-shipment documentation, coordinating with customs agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, DGFT, banks, and overseas offices for smooth material planning and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation.
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, DGFT, and banks for smooth operations.
• Plan and execute export/import operations, container movement, and logistics planning.
• Handle dispatch of material in coordination with the overseas office.
• Maintain and update import & export registers, MIS reports (weekly, monthly).
• Ensure compliance with export-import policies, rules, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, incoterms, incentives, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, logistics, and documentation processes.
• Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.
• Candidates with experience in handling engineering products will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
