Export Executive

The Export Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing export operations to international markets. The role includes handling overseas clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, coordinating logistics, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to expand international business
• Identify and manage overseas customers, distributors, and agents
• Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC, and shipping instructions
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with production, logistics, freight forwarders, and customs clearing agents
• Monitor export shipments, delivery schedules, and payment realization
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients
• Prepare export sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
• Handle customer queries, claims, and after-sales support
• Participate in international trade fairs and business meetings as required
