Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, and other statutory documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and export regulations
- Track export orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with overseas clients regarding orders, dispatch, and payment follow-up
- Prepare export incentives claims (if applicable) such as RoDTEP / duty drawback
- Maintain export records, reports, and MIS
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, accounts) for smooth execution
- Monitor payment realization as per agreed terms
- Resolve export-related issues or delays
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs processes
- Good communication skills (email & coordination)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/software)
- Attention to detail and time management
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce or relevant field
- Export-related certification is an advantage
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in export operations (freshers with relevant knowledge may be considered)
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with coordination across departments
- May require interaction with government authorities and logistics partners

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
