Export Executive - Logistics

Job Title: Export Executive
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Export Logistics
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage export logistics operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in export documentation and international shipping processes, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end export logistics operations.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
• Monitor shipments and handle any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records and files for all export activities.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export logistics or export documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, shipping documents, and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dealing with customs, DGFT, and shipping agents.
• Familiarity with international trade terms and compliance.
