We are looking for a team member for the Export Group Manager (PL) position within Tat Gıda.


What are we looking for in our team member?


  • Minimum 10 years experiences as an Export Sales Manager from the food industry
  • Minimum of 5+ years sales experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the food industry, especially in Europe and Usa
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of export and foreign trade legislation
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Innovative, agile mindset, proactive
  • Being strongly analytic and result-oriented
  • Have strong communication & negotiation skills
  • No restrictions to travel abroad


What to expect in this role?


  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the international sales organization
  • Develops and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
  • Strategic planning for private label products and manage new product development processes.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with Chain stores and Retail partners.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, and marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient product launches.
  • Leading sales and market development activities by analyzing market and competitor, identifying opportunities and taking action
  • Preparing and implementing the export business plan by meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, creating a sales plans, preparing an annual budget, analyzing trends and initiating improvement actions, preparing and monitoring sales budget and product forecasts.
  • Monitoring, recording, analyzing and reporting on activities, trends, and results relating to export market information.
  • Assisting in the refining of business strategy plan so as to achieve rapid business growth in the responsible markets.
