Job Title: Marketing Manager – Exports (Pharma)

Job Purpose:

To lead and expand the pharmaceutical exports division by developing international markets, managing global client relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving business growth for Nubeno Health Care Pvt ltd. in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

· Identify and develop new international markets for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.

· Build strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, and institutional buyers across regions.

· Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to drive expansion.

Client & Partner Management

· Manage relationships with overseas distributors, government agencies, and key clients.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Marketing & Sales Strategy

· Formulate export marketing strategies and achieve assigned sales & revenue targets.

· Develop and execute product promotion plans for international markets.

· Represent Nubeno Health Care at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and pharma summits.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelors / Master’s degree in MBA in International Business / Marketing.

· Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulations, export documentation, and logistics.

· Excellent communication & negotiation skills (fluency in English required)

· Proficiency in MS Office
