- Market Development: Identify new international markets, opportunities, and clients.
- Strategy & Sales: Develop and implement export strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key overseas accounts.
- Logistics & Operations: Manage end-to-end international shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and optimize supply chains.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and prepare all necessary export documents.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, marketing, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Reporting: Analyze export performance, market trends, and prepare reports for management.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and process critical paperwork, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHAs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all export activities adhere to international trade laws, customs requirements, and specific country regulations.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor cargo from dispatch to final delivery, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for international clients, suppliers, and internal departments like sales and finance.
- Financial & Incentive Support: Handle documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) and assist in claiming export incentives like RoDTEP or duty drawbacks
- Generating invoices and packing lists.
- Scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Resolving customs issues.
- Updating internal systems with shipment data.
- Communicating with international business partners.
