Export Manager

We are hiring for Export Manager position for one of our esteemed client in Engineering Industry for Jamnagar location.

Experience : 5 -10 years
Employment Type : Full time, On site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete export operations including order processing, documentation, shipment planning, and delivery
• Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, LC documentation, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics providers
• Handle LC, advance payments, and international banking transactions
• Develop and manage export markets across targeted regions
• Monitor export performance, cost control, and profitability
• Manage customer communication, negotiations, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards where applicable (e.g., CE, homologation requirements)
• Track global trade policies, duties, and country-specific regulations

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export/import operations or international sales
• Experience handling multi-country shipments and international clients
• International Trade & Export Documentation
• Customs & Regulatory Compliance
• INCOTERMS knowledge (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.)
• Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
• Foreign Trade Policy & DGFT procedures
• International Payment Terms & LC Handling
• Negotiation & Client Relationship Management
