Job Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Export Manager to lead international sales, expand global markets, and manage export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop international market expansion strategies
• Identify new countries, distributors, and partners
• Manage export documentation & compliance
• Coordinate with production, QA, and finance
• Handle pricing strategies & freight negotiation
• Build relationships with international buyers
• Represent company in global exhibitions
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis
• Track export sales and performance

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Marketing/Finance/Economics)
• 5+ years export experience (FMCG/food preferred)
• Strong knowledge of export compliance
• Excellent negotiation & leadership skills
• Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred

• Experience in Gulfood UAE or similar exhibitions
• Markets: USA, UK, Middle East, Africa, Europe
