About the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in GCC export markets? Join a growing agricultural trading company where you can build long-term business relationships, expand regional market share, and directly contribute to international food supply chains.

At CAACO AgriTrade & Food Supply Solutions, we are expanding our export operations across the GCC and are looking for a motivated Export Sales Manager to lead sales growth, manage key client accounts, and develop new trade opportunities in the agricultural and fresh produce sector.

This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to grow into a regional leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman)
  • Identify and secure new B2B clients in wholesale, retail, and food distribution sectors
  • Manage relationships with existing international buyers and distributors
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasting
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company in trade meetings, exhibitions, and client visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in export sales, FMCG trading, or agricultural commodities
  • Strong knowledge of GCC markets and business practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
