Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Export Manager to lead and scale our international seafood sales. This role is suited for professionals who can drive revenue, build global client relationships, and expand into new markets.

Candidates with an existing network of seafood buyers/importers and a strong track record in export sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international sales growth across key markets (Far East, Middle East, Europe, North America)
• Develop and manage relationships with importers, distributors, and bulk buyers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and markets
• Lead the full sales cycle: inquiries, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely, specification-compliant shipments
• Oversee export documentation, compliance, and banking processes (LCs, payments)
• Monitor global market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in seafood exports or international sales
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and close export deals
• Strong understanding of seafood products, specifications, and global markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure

Preferred Profile

• Existing portfolio of international buyers/importers
• Experience handling Far East markets (China, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.)
• Familiarity with export financing, LCs, and trade documentation
