🌍 We’re Hiring: Sales & Export Specialist – Personal Care Products (Full-time or Part-time)

📍 Location: Istanbul, Türkiye (Hybrid possible)

Tamam Türkiye is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Export Specialist to join our growing team! We are a passionate company focused on branding and exporting high-quality personal care products from Türkiye to the world. If you have a passion for sales, international business, and the beauty industry – we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Identify and connect with distributors and potential buyers in target markets (Gulf, MENA, Africa, Europe)

✔️ Handle export documentation and coordinate international shipments

✔️ Participate in exhibitions and trade shows

✔️ Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to align efforts

✔️ Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

✔️ Report regularly on sales pipelines, targets, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience in international sales/export (especially in cosmetics or FMCG preferred)

🔹 Strong communication & negotiation skills (English required; Arabic or French is a plus)

🔹 Familiarity with export processes, INCOTERMS, and B2B trade

🔹 Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently

🔹 Ability to work full-time or part-time (flexible schedule available)
