Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Executive to join our team. As an Export Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying selling opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, business portals, and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and attentively listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Creating frequent reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
- Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Representing the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Job Specification:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a Sales Executive role within the Engineering Industry.
- Education: Any graduation degree.
- Salary: The salary range for this position is 4 to 5 Lakhs per annum, which may vary based on the candidate's experience and skills.
Special Requirements/Instructions: To be considered for this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role from the Engineering Industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
