Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Export Sales Executive to handle international clients, prepare quotations, and drive new buyer acquisition through digital channels (B2B portals, Volza, LinkedIn, and email outreach). You will play a key role in expanding our presence in markets such as Europe, Middle East, North America, South-East Asia

Responsibilities

Client Management & Sales

  • Communicate with international clients via email, WhatsApp, phone, and B2B portals.
  • Handle product inquiries, share quotations, and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms (LC/TT), and contract conditions to close deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing buyers and distributors.

Digital Buyer Acquisition

  • Identify and approach new buyers through:
  • B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia).
  • LinkedIn (searching for importers, distributors, procurement managers).
  • Targeted email outreach and lead follow-ups.
  • Research new export markets, segments (HoReCa, wholesalers, private label, etc.) and maintain a database of potential buyers.

Export Operations Coordination

  • Prepare and check export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
  • Track orders from confirmation to dispatch, keeping clients updated at all stages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product availability, packaging, and quality.

Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and new-buyer targets.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and conversions using Excel/CRM.
  • Provide regular sales and market reports to management.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in export / international sales / trading, preferably in:
  • Agro products, essential oils, spices, food ingredients, FMCG, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade documentation and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of:
  • Email, MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • B2B portals (Alibaba / IndiaMART / TradeIndia etc.) – preferred
  • LinkedIn for B2B networking – preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
