Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive with experience in the steel manufacturing industry. The role involves developing international markets, managing overseas client relationships, driving export sales growth, handling export documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors.
  • Prepare and present product proposals tailored to international customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with business objectives.
  • Achieve export sales targets and monitor performance against assigned goals.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle export documentation including Letter of Credit (LC), shipping documents, and related trade paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and documentation standards.
  • Conduct market research to track global steel market trends, competitors, and pricing.
  • Represent the organization at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
  • Degree or diploma in International Business, Commerce, or Management is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of export sales processes and international trade documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong coordination skills with production, logistics, and documentation teams.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and result-oriented mindset.
