Trojan Limited is expanding its global footprint and looking for an ambitious, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our international B2B sales team. If you have strong English communication skills, a polished personality, and experience in international B2B sales — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert qualified incoming B2B leads generated by the lead generation team.
- Communicate with global clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tyre products.
- Share accurate product information, specifications, and commercial offers.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the pricing department.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients and respond to queries promptly.
- Coordinate internally with pricing, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Update CRM systems regularly with client activity and sales pipeline details.
- Track and report monthly sales progress and conversion performance.
- Utilize social channels for organic lead engagement and brand visibility.
Education & Skill Requirements
- O/A Levels mandatory
- Graduation in Sales/Marketing or Business (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Marketing)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written) — must be fluent.
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales (export sales preferred).
- Strong understanding of export communication, pricing models, and sales documentation.
- Fast learner with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 120,000 – 150,000/-
