Export Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Export Sales Executive to focus on generating new business opportunities in international markets for our perfume division. The role is primarily responsible for expanding the global customer base, developing new distribution channels, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international markets, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Actively generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential regions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Present and promote the company’s perfume products to prospective international clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support brand positioning and promotional activities in target markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and order execution.
  • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Track and report business development activities, sales pipeline, and conversion rates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Fresher or 1 - 2 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
